Wir wollten uns noch in Mona, das Museum „of everything“ ansehen, hatten aber nochmals in Hobart Utensilien und Lebensmittel einzukaufen. Daher waren wir erst gegen 11:00 Uhr dort und waren überrascht, dass der komplette, riesige Parkplatz schon überfüllt war. Das Museum oder besser die Galerie ist aber fantastisch und absolut sehenswert. Wir waren 5 Stunden dort.

Da unser Ziel Port Arthur noch ca. 120 Km entfernt war, sind wir in der „Rush-Hour“ über Hobart nach Porth Arthur. Im avisierten Campingplatz sind wir allerdings nicht untergekommen und waren froh in einem anderen Campingplatz unterzukommen. Wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang am Strand erlebt.

This meant that we didn’t get there until 11am and we were very surprised that the complete parking area was full and we had to park elsewhere. The museum or Gallery is fantastic and worth seeing. We were about 5 hours there. Our next destination was Port Arthur and so we drove via Hobart in the rush hour 120km to the camping ground which was already full. We were pleased to get a site at White Beach where we also had a wonderful sunset.
